This Return and Refund Policy applies to digital products, downloads, resources, and subscriptions offered by Jade Janosi, including Digital Ease Studio.
By purchasing a product or subscribing to Digital Ease Studio, you agree to this policy.
Digital Products
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads, templates, guides, PDFs, resources, and other digital materials are final.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for digital products once access has been provided or the product has been delivered.
Digital Ease Studio Subscriptions
Digital Ease Studio is a subscription-based digital resource.
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancelling your subscription stops future recurring payments. It does not automatically refund previous payments or partially used billing periods.
After cancellation, you may continue to have access to Digital Ease Studio until the end of your current billing cycle unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Failed or Missed Payments
If a subscription payment fails, access to Digital Ease Studio may be paused, restricted, or cancelled until payment is successfully processed.
You are responsible for keeping your billing information up to date.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible.
Duplicate purchase refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Technical Issues
If you have trouble accessing your digital product or Digital Ease Studio subscription, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.
A technical issue does not automatically qualify for a refund, but we will make reasonable efforts to help you access what you purchased.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a question or concern about a payment, please contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute.
We’re happy to review billing issues and help clarify purchases, subscriptions, or access problems.
